What Our Customers Say

This is NOW (new owner) the best dry cleaners my husband and I have ever used! Every staff member from the owner to the seamstress is incredibly friendly and helpful. This shop does our cleaning and alterations as needed. Items are cleaned and pressed beyond our expectations and in a timely manner at a competitive price. We’ve been using the shop for years, but when new owner Patty took it over a couple years ago, she performed a beautiful facelift — fresh paint, new flooring, new signage, a whole new look! She is very eager to meet the needs of her customers, and her dedication is apparent in the way she runs her business. We love the email alerts so you always know the price to expect and when to come collect your order. Great shop with a staff that cares. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner that understand what customer service is, you have it at the Clothespin. I have been visiting their store for few months by now and it’s been nothing but a great experience every time I go. The store is cozy and team is very friendly. From alterations to simple laundry services, they always provide an outstanding service. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

I have lived in the area for 15 years and have tried almost all of the dry cleaners in the neighbourhood. The Clothespin is definitely the best! Patricia and her staff offer exceptional customer service and I have never had a problem. In addition, They offer bulk washing by the pound for those return from camp or end of cottage season bulk loads of laundry. The Clothespin also offers email receipts and email reminders when your items are ready. No more losing the receipt!

Laura Shaw

This is the only cleaning service I use for my clothes. They have consistently done an amazing job. They use email to notify you when your order is ready and have the quickest turnaround time I've experienced. Pricing is excellent and I’m always so pleased with the quality. The people that run the business are so friendly and genuine. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!!!

The shirts are inspected for broken buttons, we place plastic studs on all French Cuffs, and double clean them when necessary. For customers who prefer to have their shirts folded, we pack them for easy travel. For best results, shirts with cuffs and collars are pre-soaked and scrubbed prior to washing. Stains are pre-treated and thoroughly washed.

Your wardrobe should always look professionally cleaned and carefully pressed, ensuring that your look is always sharp and elegant. One of the many advantages of dry cleaning is that it dissolves and eliminates grease, oil and stains in many materials and is gentle on natural fabrics like wools and silks.
